How it works for clients

At the start, you let our Studiworkers know when you need their help, what tasks they can do for you, and where your job will take place.

Decide whether you want to select your Studiworkers yourself or if you'd like Studiwork to arrange it for you.

Studiworkers are informed about your job and submit their applications.

Comprehensive profiles for each Studiworker and reviews from previous customers make the selection easy and quick.

Finally, book your Studiworkers. They will confirm your job, and only then is the booking binding.

You can now make further arrangements with your Studiworkers personally in the Studiwork chat at any time or quickly and conveniently send important information to all.

If you value privacy, you can set up the "Chat Only" feature, so you prefer to be contacted only through the Studiwork chat.

For increased reliability, Studiwork reminds every Studiworker of the upcoming start of your job.

The Studiworkers complete your order, and you can relax.

If you selected payment via Studiwork, the Studiworker will issue an invoice through the platform after the job is completed. You can view it in your profile, optionally add a tip, and complete the payment. Payment is made using your saved payment method.

If you selected direct payment, the Studiworker receives the agreed amount from you outside the platform. The service fee is not paid to the Studiworker, but will be collected by us three days after the job ends. If any issues arise during the job, you can immediately stop the charge using the dispute function in your profile.
